LUMINES LED profile type MONO silver anodized 2 m

Name: LUMINES LED profile type MONO silver anodized 2 m
Brand: Lumines

MONO is an aluminium LED profile for building into plasterboard construction, finished in silver anodising. Perforated mounting wings run along both sides; they are screwed to the framing or bedded into filler, so once the joint is skimmed the ceiling or wall shows only the line of light with no visible frame. One length is 2.02 m. The space it takes in the build-up The profile body is 23.3 mm wide and 14.8 mm high, and with the wings the section spreads to 41.7 mm — that is the width to leave clear between the boards. Above the plane of the wings the body stands 12 mm proud, so that much clear depth has to exist behind the board line. The inner channel is 13.4 mm wide and takes LED strip up to 12 mm across. The manufacturer allows lengths to be joined, and the matching connectors carry the line of light from a wall onto a ceiling. One piece measures 2020 mm, 20 mm more than the name suggests — on a long run that is the allowance for cutting. What has to be bought with it The profile is sold bare. The LED strip, the cover, the MONO end caps with a cable hole and the connectors are all separate articles. The BASIC covers in the same range come in PMMA and polycarbonate as transparent, frosted, milky, frosted-milky, opal and black, in 1, 2 and 3 m lengths — the choice decides how much of the strip's output leaves the profile and how clearly the individual diodes show. The driver is mounted outside the profile: the section has no room for it, so a separate accessible place has to be planned. Without a cover and without sealing the profile is rated IP20 and is intended for dry interiors; it is not drive-over rated either, so it must not be set into a floor that carries wheeled loads.Mostrar mais
