Zambelis 19155 ceiling and wall base with a 100 W driver and remote, 24 V Plug & Play system

Name: Zambelis 19155 ceiling and wall base with a 100 W driver and remote, 24 V Plug & Play system
Brand: Zambelis

Zambelis 19155 is the mounting base of the 24 V Plug and Play lighting system: an aluminium disc 15.5 cm across and 7.6 cm deep with a 100 W driver built into it. The base itself does not light — it is the point the system's fittings connect to. What can be connected to it The base converts 220–240 V mains to 24 V and delivers up to 100 W. That figure is the budget for the whole installation: the combined wattage of every fitting plugged into one base has to fit inside it. With system fittings rated in single and low double digits of watts, that leaves headroom for several light points from one supply. The connection works to a Plug and Play standard with a jack plug — fittings push into the base by their plug, with no terminal blocks to open and no cores to join. The fittings themselves — linear modules, panels, tubes and pendant spots — are separate articles and are not supplied with it. The remote and dimming A TRIAC dimmable driver and a remote control are both included. The remote switches the installation on and off and sets the brightness, either smoothly or to fixed steps. Dimming affects every fitting connected to this base at once, because it happens at the driver rather than at the individual fitting. Installation and supply The base is surface-mounted, to a ceiling or a wall — it needs no cut-out and no void above a suspended ceiling. It occupies a disc 15.5 cm across, about as much as an ordinary pendant canopy, and stands 7.6 cm proud. The unit is Class I, so the box behind it has to carry an earth conductor. The body is aluminium. The maker covers the base with a five-year guarantee; the package measures 20 × 20 × 10 cm and weighs 1 kg gross.Mostrar mais
