Sol 4052BL Black LED Outdoor Ceiling Light by NORLYS

Name: Sol 4052BL Black LED Outdoor Ceiling Light by NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS Sol 4052BL is an outdoor LED ceiling light with a black cylindrical housing in RAL 9005. The aluminium body is powder coated, while the transparent cover is made from UV-stabilised polycarbonate. Its circular light opening and straight side walls give it a restrained appearance suited to modern, minimalist architecture.Light beneath a roofThe fixture directs its light symmetrically downwards. Its 4000 K colour temperature and 2421 lm luminaire output are relevant when planning illumination directly below a ceiling. This is not a pole-mounted light for covering a large area of land from a high mounting position. Suitable locations include a covered terrace, a balcony with an appropriate overhead structure, or a gazebo. A sheltered entrance is another possibility, provided the structure allows proper ceiling mounting.IP65 protection and IK10 impact resistance support outdoor use. The manufacturer specifies an operating temperature range of -20 to +45°C. Compare the downward distribution with the area you need to illuminate before deciding where to mount it. The lumen figure alone does not establish the spacing required between several fixtures.Integrated LED and phase dimmingSol includes an LED module and an electronic driver. Total fixture power is 19.1 W, while the light source uses 16.8 W. Both trailing-edge and leading-edge phase dimming are supported. Select control equipment compatible with that dimming method; this article is not the DALI version. The LED module and control gear can be replaced by a professional service, rather than changed like an ordinary screw-in bulb.Dimensions and installation preparationThe body is 20 cm in diameter and 11 cm high. Mounting uses two holes spaced 100 mm apart. As a Class I fixture, it requires the appropriate protective-earth connection and installation in accordance with the instructions. The gasket must be pierced with the installation cable, 7–10.5 mm in diameter, not with a tool that could compromise the seal. Installation and subsequent servicing must be carried out by a suitably qualified person.Mostrar mais
