Asker 5210BL is a garden bollard shaped like an upside-down L: a slim, square-edged shaft in black RAL 9005 with a horizontal arm at the top. Light leaves from under the arm, aimed down and to one side, so it lands on the surface beside the bollard rather than in the eyes of anyone walking past. How big it is and how it is fixed down The bollard stands 85 cm tall and 11 cm wide, with the arm reaching out 20 cm. At that height the light source sits below an adult's eye level and the lit circle falls right beside the path. At 4 kg one person can set it in place unaided. The base is bolted through four ø8 mm holes spaced 18 × 50 mm, following the instructions supplied with the luminaire. The foundation, anchors and any other mounting accessories are bought separately. How much light it gives and of what kind The 10 W LED module delivers 394 lm from the whole luminaire — roughly half an old 60 W bulb. That is an amount meant to mark the line of a path, a driveway or the edge of a terrace rather than to light the whole area; along a longer run the bollards are spaced every few metres. 3000 K is warm white, close to the light of a traditional bulb. The light source comes with the luminaire, so there is no bulb to buy. The luminaire can be dimmed — a compatible controller is needed for that. Wiring and running several bollards on one circuit The luminaire runs on 230 V. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2,5 mm², and up to 3 × 1,5 mm² when looping through to the next bollard, so several can share one circuit instead of each needing its own cable run. The gland accepts round cable up to ø12,5 mm. Build and resistance The body is a powder-coated aluminium casting in black RAL 9005, the diffuser is clear structured UV-stabilised polycarbonate, and a silicone gasket seals it to the body. IP65 is protection against water jets from any direction, so the bollard stands in the open with no shelter, while IK10 describes impact resistance at the level expected in public places — which matters where a mower and bicycles pass close by.Mostrar mais
