ALLDAY 7 ASYMETRIC is a linear LED luminaire 1705 mm long in a white aluminium profile with a 115 × 37 mm section. The optic is asymmetric — light is thrown mainly to one side rather than evenly below the fitting. The LED module and the driver are built in. How long it is and how it mounts The housing measures 170.5 cm, is 11.5 cm wide and stands only 3.7 cm off the mounting surface. Compare that length with the run of shelving or the stretch of wall you need to light — linear fittings are coupled into continuous lines, so it decides how many units you need. The manufacturer provides for two mounting methods: directly onto the ceiling and on suspension kits. A TRIDONIC driver is included, so no separate power supply has to be bought — the fitting wires straight to 230 V, 50 Hz. Current draw is 383 mA at 80 W and the power factor is 0.93. What kind of light it gives 3000 K is warm white — light with a slightly yellow cast, warmer than ordinary office lighting. The Ra 80 colour rendering index means correct rather than reference-grade colour, and the SDCM 3 colour tolerance means neighbouring fittings from one production batch will not differ in tint from each other, which only starts to matter once several are mounted in one line. The beam covers 110 degrees and the distribution is asymmetric, so the fitting goes along the surface it is meant to light — a wall, a shelving run, a board — rather than in the middle of the room. The manufacturer lists dimming as an option ordered separately, so this version runs at full output. Where it may work and for how long The IP20 rating restricts the fitting to dry interiors, and the permitted operating temperature range runs from −20 to +40 °C. Protection class II means the installation needs no earth conductor. The manufacturer states 50,000 operating hours and 30,000 switching cycles, gives a five-year warranty and names Poland as the place of manufacture. The diodes come from OSRAM.
