NORLYS Rena 1633BL Black Drive-Over Outdoor Recessed Luminaire, LED GU10 5.5 W 3000 K IP68

Name: NORLYS Rena 1633BL Black Drive-Over Outdoor Recessed Luminaire, LED GU10 5.5 W 3000 K IP68
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS Rena 1633BL is a drive-over in-ground luminaire with a square black cover (RAL 9005) measuring 13 cm on each side. The cover shields the lamp from above, so light leaves through four side slots, low over the paving. A replaceable LED GU10 lamp, Philips MASTER LED ExpertColor 5.5 W 3000 K, is included. Where it can be installed The manufacturer allows it to be driven over by vehicles with pneumatic tyres, and the maximum load on the luminaire is 1000 kg. It is not intended for traffic lanes, where sudden braking, acceleration and turning would put horizontal forces on it — it belongs at the edge of a path, a flight of steps or a forecourt rather than in a roadway. IP68 means the luminaire is dust-tight and built to work in ground that floods, and IK10 is the highest impact rating a housing can have. It suits gardens and the grounds around a hotel or restaurant. How much light it gives The lamp itself produces 375 lm, but with the cover closed from above only 13 lm leaves the luminaire. This is orientation light: it marks the edge of a step or the line of a path instead of lighting the whole area. 3000 K is a warm white, and CRI 90 means paving, timber and plants keep their natural colour under it. The luminaire can be dimmed with a phase dimmer, either trailing edge or leading edge. Installation and connection The body is fixed through three ø4.5 mm holes to the box supplied with it, set in place according to the instructions, or to a prepared opening in timber. Connection boxes 145ZX0009 and 146ZX0009 are sold separately. The luminaire comes with 1 m of H05BQ-F 3G1 cable ending in a THB.391.R4A.L connector, and the manufacturer states that any change to the cable voids the warranty. It is protection class I, so the earth conductor must be connected; supply is 220–240 V. The housing is powder-coated cast aluminium, the lens is satin polycarbonate stabilised against UV, and a silicone gasket with a nickel-plated brass cable gland keeps it sealed. During the warranty period the GU10 lamp may only be replaced by an authorised service or the manufacturer, and fitting a new gasket at the same time is recommended.Pokaż więcej
