Lumifall Alcazar 542.WW white twin recessed spotlight, 174 × 92 mm

Name: Lumifall Alcazar 542.WW white twin recessed spotlight, 174 × 92 mm
Brand: Lumifall

Lumifall Alcazar 542.WW is a twin recessed spotlight with a rectangular white frame and two white inner rings. Its aluminium body has a semi-matt, powder-coated finish. In this WW version, both the frame and the rings are white, rather than combining white trim with chrome inner components.Direct the light from one compact frameThe movable rings allow the lamps to be aimed rather than kept pointing straight down. The manufacturer specifies 360° rotation in the horizontal plane and 25° tilt. This adjustment is useful when the ceiling opening is not directly above the area you want to illuminate. It lets the direction of the light differ from the position of the cutout. The lamps you choose also affect the result. Their beam angle determines whether the light is concentrated or spread more widely. Brightness and colour temperature are properties of the separately selected light sources, not fixed characteristics of this empty fitting. Ring adjustment and bulb selection therefore need to be considered together.Check the cutout, not just the visible sizeThe frame measures 174 × 92 mm, while the required ceiling cutout is 160 × 80 mm. These measurements serve different purposes: the outside dimensions should not be used as the cutting dimensions. Spring clips secure the fitting, and the inner rings are removable. Compare the manufacturer's drawing with the intended installation position before preparing the opening.Choose the light sources separatelyBulbs are not supplied. The manufacturer's specification lists two GX5,3 sockets and an optional GU10 version. These are different connections, not interchangeable names for one universal socket. Select bulbs to match the sockets actually fitted. The manufacturer recommends LED bulbs. The restrained rectangular geometry suits modern and modernist interiors. It can form part of planned ceiling lighting in a living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, hallway or office. Match the direction and spread of the light to the room layout rather than assuming that one twin fitting will illuminate the entire space.Meer tonen
