Poppy wall lamp - 1 light source - Polished chrome Quintiesse

Name: Poppy wall lamp - 1 light source - Polished chrome Quintiesse
Brand: Quintiesse

Quintiesse Poppy is a single-light wall fitting from the Hinkley collection, pairing a clear seeded-glass globe with a steel frame finished in polished chrome. A stepped circular backplate and ribbed detailing around the lampholder give it a mid-century character. QN-POPPY1-PC-BATH identifies this chrome version rather than the similar heritage-brass alternative.A separately chosen E27 bulbThe fitting takes one E27 bulb, which is not included. The manufacturer specifies a maximum of 60 W or an equivalent LED bulb. That figure is a bulb limit, not a statement of the fitting's fixed energy consumption or brightness. Your choice of bulb determines the light colour and output.Because the glass is transparent, the bulb remains visible and contributes to the appearance even when switched off. Small bubbles within the glass distinguish the shade from a plain clear sphere. Product photographs showing an illuminated bulb illustrate the fitting; they do not establish that the pictured bulb is supplied.Allow for its projection from the wallPoppy measures 237 mm high and 130 mm wide, with a projection of 183 mm. The projection is worth comparing with the space beside a mirror, cabinet or passage before deciding on a mounting position. A narrow front view does not mean the fitting sits close to the wall. The manufacturer specifies interior use, including bathrooms, and confirms an IP44 rating. Bathroom positioning must still follow the applicable installation rules: the rating does not permit every location beside a bath or shower. The globe form can also provide supplementary wall lighting in a living room, bedroom or hallway, rather than determining the room's entire lighting scheme.Chrome, textured glass and controlThe reflective metalwork, rounded shade and ribbed lampholder detail support retro and modernist interiors. Poppy connects to a 220–240 V mains supply. Dimming is possible with a suitable dimmable bulb and compatible control equipment, not automatically with every E27 bulb. The manufacturer states a two-year guarantee.Meer tonen
