Quintiesse Willard pendant light 1×E27 34.3 cm – Urban Bronze

Name: Quintiesse Willard pendant light 1×E27 34.3 cm – Urban Bronze
Brand: Quintiesse

Willard by Quintiesse is a single-light pendant made from steel and clear prismatic glass. This QN-WILLARD-P-UBZ-PG version has an Urban Bronze finish, with fine lighter lines around the stepped metal top. A broad metal band divides the glass body, while its lower half tapers to a point.Plan the drop, not just the shade sizeThe fitting body is 35.9 cm high and 34.3 cm in diameter. Its overall installed drop is a different measurement: the manufacturer specifies 55.9–165.5 cm from the ceiling to the lowest point. Compare that range with your ceiling height and the position of the dining table or kitchen island, including the clearance needed underneath. The pendant comes with three 30.5 cm rods, one 15.2 cm rod and one 10.2 cm rod. These provide the means of setting the suspension length. The stated range should not be read as continuous cable adjustment or as a mechanism for raising the light during everyday use. The 34.3 cm diameter also gives a concrete reference for judging the pendant against the width of a tabletop.Choose the bulb separatelyThere is one E27 socket for a bulb rated at no more than 60 W. The bulb is not included, and this is not an integrated LED fitting. Colour temperature and light output therefore depend on the source you buy, rather than on the warm glow shown in the photographs. The clear glass has a pronounced prismatic texture that refracts light passing through it.The fitting is compatible with dimmable lamps. If brightness control is required, select a dimmable bulb and compatible control equipment rather than assuming that the pendant alone determines how the complete system will work.An Art Deco shape for interiorsThe stepped metal details and pointed glass profile give Willard its Art Deco and retro character. It can be considered for dining rooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and halls where the available height suits a pendant. The manufacturer specifies interior use. Its construction is a single suspended shade, not a multi-arm chandelier.Show more
