Maytoni Focus S C050CL-U-1MG ceiling spotlight, matt gold, 1×GU10

Name: Maytoni Focus S C050CL-U-1MG ceiling spotlight, matt gold, 1×GU10
Brand: Maytoni

Maytoni Focus S C050CL-U-1MG is a single ceiling spotlight finished in matt gold. Its aluminium body combines a round ceiling canopy with a movable cylindrical head. Instead of a broad shade, it has a narrow tube for one GU10 light source, which can be positioned towards the surface you want to illuminate.A narrow body for directed lightThe fitting is 5.2 cm in diameter, with a manufacturer-listed height of 12.8 cm. These measurements describe the spotlight itself, not the area covered by its light. Compare them with the space available on your ceiling and allow for the position of the tilted head when planning the layout. This is a surface-mounted fitting: its round canopy remains visible below the ceiling plane. The movable head allows light to be directed towards a chosen part of the interior. It can supplement lighting in living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms, as well as corridors, hotels and restaurants. The permitted wattage alone does not establish whether a single fitting will illuminate a whole room.Selecting a GU10 lampThere is one GU10 socket for a light source rated up to 10 W. Brightness, light colour and beam width depend on the lamp selected. Matt gold describes the housing finish, not the colour temperature of the light. The replaceable source separates those lighting choices from the appearance of the fitting. Maytoni lists this model as non-dimmable, so the GU10 socket alone should not be taken as evidence of dimmer compatibility.Simple cylinders and a gold finishThe smooth cylinders, visible joint and lack of ornament suit modern, modernist and minimalist interiors. The gold surface distinguishes this version from white and black Focus S fittings while retaining the same technical spotlight form. The current manufacturer specification states a five-year warranty.Show more
