Name: Norlys Vasa 456WH outdoor wall light, white, LED 12.8 W 3000 K, uplight, DALI2, IP65
Brand: NORLYS

Vasa 456WH is an outdoor wall light shaped as a half-cylinder, with a body of cast aluminium powder-coated in white. Light leaves through a clear, textured, UV-stabilised polycarbonate diffuser and is directed entirely upwards — the fitting lights the wall above it, not the ground below. Size and mounting The light is 31 cm wide and 12.5 cm high and projects 15.5 cm from the wall. It is fixed either via an intermediate plate with two 5 × 10 mm adjustment slots 45 mm apart, or directly with two screws through ø5 mm holes 68 mm apart. It weighs 2.27 kg. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², and when fittings are looped together, with the supply passed on to the next one, the cable can be up to 3 × 1.5 mm². The gland takes cable 7–10.5 mm in diameter. It is a Class I fitting, so it must be connected to protective earth. The manufacturer also states how many fittings one circuit breaker can carry: 10 on B 10 A, 30 on B 16 A, 51 on C 16 A. Light and control The LED module produces 1839 lm, and 939 lm leave the fitting at 12.8 W. 3000 K is warm white, and SDCM3 means that with several fittings on one facade, differences in tint between them are practically invisible. Because all the light goes upwards, the fitting brings out the texture of the masonry and sets a rhythm along the facade, but it will not light the path beneath it. It has an Osram DALI driver and DALI-2 control: it is dimmed from a DALI installation over a separate pair of control wires, not with an ordinary wall dimmer. The module is rated for over 102,000 hours before its output drops by 20%, and the driver for 100,000 hours. Module and driver are replaced only by a professional service, for which the manufacturer offers the ZS456 service kit. Where it fits IP65 means fully dust-tight and protected against water jets, so the light can hang on an exposed wall. IK08 means it withstands a 5 J impact. The manufacturer intends Vasa for lighting wall surfaces and architectural details, and the plain, smooth form without ornament suits modern, minimalist facades. The same series includes down-lighting Vasa models with an identical body.Mostra di più
