Quintiesse Atwater QN-ATWATER-L-BK large outdoor wall lantern, black, 1 × E27

Name: Quintiesse Atwater QN-ATWATER-L-BK large outdoor wall lantern, black, 1 × E27
Brand: Quintiesse

Atwater QN-ATWATER-L-BK is a large Quintiesse outdoor wall lantern with a rectangular frame and a pitched top. Its black body combines EPMM plastic/stone composite with clear seeded glass. A gold-toned curved handle adds a traditional detail, while the inner glass cylinder leaves the single bulb visible.Allow space for the large lanternAt 518 mm high, this version makes a substantial feature on an exterior wall. Compare its height and 242 mm width with the available wall area beside an entrance, a window or a terrace. The 256 mm projection also matters: allow for the lantern's depth when checking nearby door movement or a narrow passage. The roof, straight frame and decorative handle give the fitting a classic and retro character. Its visible bulb and textured clear glass make it an alternative to a lantern with an opaque shade, particularly where the details of the light source are part of the intended appearance.A separate E27 bulb is requiredChoose the light source separately: the single E27 socket accepts a bulb up to 60 W, or an LED equivalent, and the package contains no bulb. This rating sets a compatibility limit; it does not tell you how much electricity your chosen lamp will consume or how bright it will be. Light colour and output depend on the bulb you choose.Because the inner cylinder is transparent, the bulb's shape remains part of the design. The manufacturer recommends an Edison-style bulb. The fitting is compatible with dimmable lamps; brightness adjustment also requires compatible control equipment rather than following automatically from the E27 socket.Exterior walls, including coastal settingsThe IP44-rated Atwater is intended for exterior wall mounting. A terrace or balcony wall is a possible location where its dimensions leave enough room. The manufacturer also confirms suitability for coastal locations and provides a five-year anti-corrosion guarantee. This is specifically corrosion cover, not a promise of unrestricted use in any weather or installation condition.Show more
