Hellux Samolociki Children's Ceiling Light 524.74.08, 3×E14, 38 cm
Hellux Samolociki 524.74.08 is a children's ceiling light with three white, adjustable light points. Its blue backing has a scalloped outline, white clouds and red, yellow and green aeroplanes. The illustration belongs to the fitting itself rather than a separate shade suspended below the ceiling. An aeroplane design without a long drop The construction combines wood fibres and plastic, as specified by Hellux. The colourful graphics and white lamp holders give it a playful, contemporary appearance for a child's room with an aviation or travel theme. Its patterned blue surface remains a visible part of the room's decoration even when the light is switched off. The manufacturer gives both the length and width as 38 cm, with a height of 16 cm. Compare those measurements with the available ceiling space, particularly beside a tall wardrobe or above a bunk bed. This is a close-to-ceiling fitting rather than a pendant with a long suspension. Its shallow profile matters most in a room where a lower ceiling makes the drop of a hanging light an important consideration.Three adjustable light points, three E14 sockets Each light point can face a different direction. You can therefore change their orientation if the furniture layout changes, rather than keeping all three lamp holders aimed the same way. The resulting light distribution also depends on the bulbs selected and the shape of the room; the decorative aircraft motif does not establish how bright the fitting will be. The light operates at 230 V and accepts three E14 bulbs, with a maximum of 40 W per bulb. Hellux also permits suitable LED bulbs. Check their physical dimensions, lumen output and colour temperature when choosing them. These bulb characteristics determine brightness and the appearance of the light, independently of the blue colour used on the decorative backing.Show more
