Nordlux Front Single white outdoor wall light GU10 46801001

Name: Nordlux Front Single white outdoor wall light GU10 46801001
Brand: Nordlux

Nordlux Front Single is a white wall light with an aluminium body and a glass cover beneath the shade. A circular wall mount flows into a body that widens towards its lower opening, directing light downwards. This 46801001 version is finished in RAL 9016 and belongs to the Front family designed by Sebastian Holmbäck.Check the projection, not just the heightThe fitting is 15.6 cm high and 11.8 cm wide, but projects 17 cm from the wall. Compare that projection with the available space beside doors and along passageways before choosing its position. The lower cover has a diameter of 11.8 cm. Front Single is a wall-mounted fitting, rather than a garden spotlight placed on the ground. Its smooth white body has no decorative frame or exposed support arm. The rounded silhouette and restrained detailing suit modern, minimalist and Scandinavian schemes. Product photographs show light falling below the fitting and onto the wall; this is not an up-and-down wall light.Choose one replaceable GU10 bulbThere is one GU10 socket, and the bulb is not supplied. Allow for selecting and buying it separately. The maximum permitted bulb wattage is 28 W. This limit does not describe a fixed power consumption or a particular brightness: colour temperature, light output and beam angle depend on the bulb you choose.Nordlux permits dimming when a dimmable bulb is fitted. The control must also be compatible with that bulb; a GU10 socket alone does not make every light source dimmable. A replaceable bulb lets you change those lighting characteristics later without replacing the complete wall fitting.Exterior walls and bathroom placementThe manufacturer specifies both outdoor and bathroom use. Front Single can provide wall lighting on a facade, balcony or terrace. IP44 provides protection against splashing water, not a dust-tight enclosure. Nordlux does not designate this version as suitable for seaside environments. The fitting requires a fixed connection to a 230 V installation and an earth conductor in accordance with Class I. Parallel connection is supported. Bathroom positioning and electrical connection must follow the instructions and applicable installation rules. This is not a plug-in lamp supplied with a lead for a household socket.Show more
