The 1230 anchor is a steel cage of three rods with M8 threads, joined by a triangular frame; the lower ends of the rods are bent. It is cast into concrete, and a Norlys bollard is then bolted onto it. The steel is electro-galvanised and the anchor measures 13 × 12 × 30 cm.Which luminaires it fitsThe manufacturer specifies the anchor for Stavanger bollards (1240, 1243, 1244, 1246–1248, 2240, 2241, 2244, 2245, 2248, 2249, 5008–5010, 5060–5065) in heights of 28, 50 and 95 cm, and for Egersund bollards (1280, 1285, 5014, 5015, 5066–5069) at 63 and 108 cm. The luminaires are sold separately; for any other model, check compatibility on its own datasheet.InstallationAccording to the manufacturer's instructions, the foundation is 240 mm in diameter and 350 mm deep, and the anchor is set so that about 90 mm of its 300 mm height – the threaded ends of the rods – stands above the concrete; the luminaire base goes onto them and is fixed with nuts. The rods are 125 mm apart. The instructions recommend greasing the threads before assembly and levelling the anchor; the bent rod ends lock it into the concrete.Show more
