SpectrumLED Chloe AR111 GU10 IP65 surface-mounted light, round, black, fixed

Name: SpectrumLED Chloe AR111 GU10 IP65 surface-mounted light, round, black, fixed
Brand: SpectrumLED

Chloe AR111 GU10 is a SpectrumLED surface-mounted luminaire shaped as a black aluminium cylinder, 120 mm in diameter and 115 mm tall. The fitting is fixed, so the light falls straight down beneath the mounting point. It is rated IP65, and the manufacturer intends it for both indoor and outdoor use. Which light source you need to buy The luminaire is sold without a light source. It has a GU10 lampholder and is designed for an LED source in the AR111 format, meaning a reflector 111 mm across, of up to 12 W. The manufacturer states that it is not intended for halogen lamps, so only LED sources should be used. Colour, brightness and beam angle are set by the source you choose, so these are decided when buying the bulb rather than the fitting. The manufacturer marks the luminaire as compatible with LED sources from the Spectrum Smart line. Where it can be installed IP65 means the fitting is dust-tight and protected against water jets, which makes it suitable for a bathroom, a garage or the canopy over an entrance — places where an ordinary IP20 fitting must not be used. The operating temperature range is -20 to +40 °C; compare it with the conditions in an unheated room or outdoors in winter. It is a protection class I luminaire, so it must be connected to the earth conductor. It mounts directly on the ceiling, and the 115 mm height is how far the body projects below the ceiling surface — in a low room, check that it will not get in the way. Appearance and intended use The plain black cylinder without ornament suits modern interiors and stands out clearly against a light ceiling. The luminaire is intended for kitchens, bathrooms, garages and workshops, and thanks to its IP65 rating also for mounting on the outside of a building.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
