Paul Neuhaus PALMA 6141-79 LED ceiling light, wood effect, 53.4 cm, CCT, remote control

Name: Paul Neuhaus PALMA 6141-79 LED ceiling light, wood effect, 53.4 cm, CCT, remote control
Brand: Paul Neuhaus

Paul Neuhaus PALMA 6141-79 is a square LED ceiling light combining a wood-effect surface, black borders and a white diffuser. Its defining feature is the division into two separately switched areas: a broad central panel and a narrow illuminated perimeter. Selecting a different area changes the visible lighting pattern as well as the amount of the panel that is lit.A 53.4 cm square without a pendant dropThe fitting measures 53.4 cm in both directions and is 6.2 cm high. It mounts at the ceiling rather than hanging from a cable with a suspended shade. Before choosing its position, compare the full square footprint with the electrical connection and nearby ceiling features. This is a broad panel, not a small spotlight.Straight edges and nested frames give it a modern, minimalist character. The wood effect can visually relate to furniture finishes, but should not be confused with a claim of solid-wood construction. The white light-diffusing surface is plastic.Adjustable white light by remote controlThe included radio remote provides dimming and colour-temperature adjustment from 2700 to 5000 K. You can therefore select a warmer or cooler white without replacing the light sources. A memory function retains the selected setting until it is changed again. Two integrated LED modules supply the light. The manufacturer distinguishes between 5100 lm from the light sources and 2500 lm from the complete luminaire. Use the same type of lumen figure when comparing fittings, rather than treating these two ratings as interchangeable. Total power consumption is 50 W.Centre, perimeter or bothSuccessive operation of an ordinary wall switch selects the whole panel, the perimeter alone or the central area alone. This zone selection is separate from adjusting brightness and white tone with the remote. PALMA can provide general lighting in a living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, hallway or home office. The number of fittings needed still depends on room dimensions and other lighting, rather than on the LED source output alone.Näytä lisää
