COBISA Luces Exclusivas Recessed Spotlight LE62323
COBISA LE62323 is a round recessed ceiling spotlight with an 8.3 cm outer ring. The white front ring covers the edge of the cut-out, and the body behind it is a finned aluminium heat sink in dark matte. The LED module sits deep inside the housing under a frosted lens, so the diode is not in direct view. How big it is and how much room it needs above the ceiling The ring measures 8.3 cm across and the whole fitting is 6.5 cm tall. Compare that second figure with the free space above your suspended ceiling — the body and the supply cable both have to fit into it. Two spring clips, visible at the sides of the heat sink, hold the fitting in the opening: they snap outwards once the body is pushed in and pull the ring against the ceiling. No screws are needed, and the fitting can be pulled back out without taking the ceiling apart. How much light it gives and in what colour The built-in LED module draws 10 W and delivers 847 lm — from a single point, about what an old 60 W bulb used to give. 3000 K is warm white, close to incandescent light, and the 48-degree beam lights a clearly outlined area below the fitting rather than the whole room. A colour rendering index above Ra 90 means colours look almost as they do in daylight, which matters over a worktop and at a mirror. A UGR below 19 describes fittings that can be aimed at a workplace without tiring the eyes. The light source cannot be replaced: the diode is built in permanently, and the manufacturer states an average life of 30 000 hours for it. No bulb has to be bought, but once the module is worn out the whole fitting is replaced. Where it can be installed IP54 means protection against dust and against splashing water from any direction, so the fitting also suits a bathroom ceiling outside the zone of a direct water jet. It runs on 230 V and connects straight to the mains. The manufacturer intends COBISA for accent lighting in a living room, an office or a corridor. The white ring is barely noticeable on a white ceiling and the dark heat sink disappears above the panel; what stays visible is a plain, flat disc.Pokaż więcej
