Floor Lamp Aldex Form 2 Dusty Blue Metal 163 cm 1108A16_2

Name: Floor Lamp Aldex Form 2 Dusty Blue Metal 163 cm 1108A16_2
Brand: Aldex

Form 2 Floor Dusty Blue is a two-light floor lamp by Aldex: a slim metal stem on a round base carrying two cone shades of 16 cm diameter, satin-finished in the muted blue RAL 5014 and white on the inside. The shades sit on joints, on opposite sides of the stem and at different heights. How much room it needs The lamp stands 163 cm tall and occupies an outline of roughly 30 × 49 cm on the floor, because the shades reach beyond the axis of the stem. Compare those two figures with the free space beside the armchair or sofa the lamp is meant to stand next to rather than with floor area alone: what decides whether anyone catches against it is the swung-out shade, not the base. The whole structure is metal and weighs 6.8 kg. That is the figure to keep in mind if the lamp is going to be moved between rooms often. Two shades, aimed separately Each cone turns on its own joint, so the upper one can be pointed down at a book or a worktop while the lower one is tilted towards the wall. The white interior reflects more light than a dark one would, and the 16 cm diameter gathers the output into a narrow pool instead of spreading it across the room. The manufacturer states a single lighting circuit with no option to split it: both shades come on and go off together. Leaving only one light point burning is not possible here. Bulbs, power and finish Both shades take E27 screw sockets, the standard fitting for the most common household bulbs. Colour temperature and brightness are therefore chosen when you buy the bulbs, separately from the lamp. The IP20 rating covers dry interiors only — the lamp is not suited to a terrace or to the area around a bath or shower. The supply cable comes out from under the round base, so the position is set by the distance to the socket. The metal is painted in a single satin shade: RAL 5014 is a muted, greyed blue, neither cobalt nor navy.Pokaż więcej
