NORLYS Vasa 120AL E27 Outdoor Wall Light, Light Grey RAL 9006

Name: NORLYS Vasa 120AL E27 Outdoor Wall Light, Light Grey RAL 9006
Brand: NORLYS

Vasa 120AL is an outdoor wall light in light grey RAL 9006, with a half-cylinder body that sits flat against the wall. The body is powder-coated cast aluminium, closed at the top and bottom by diffusers of clear, textured, UV-stabilised polycarbonate. It lights upwards and downwards at the same time, drawing two pools of light on the wall. Dimensions and installation The light is 31 cm wide and 12.5 cm high, projects 15.5 cm from the wall and weighs 2.35 kg. It fixes either through an intermediate plate with two 5 × 10 mm adjustment slots 45 mm apart, or directly through two ø5 mm holes 68 mm apart — which makes it easier to reuse existing wall plugs when replacing an old fitting. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², and the gland a round-sheathed cable of 7–10.5 mm diameter. Further fittings can be looped through with conductors up to 3 × 1.5 mm², so several lights on one facade run from a single supply line. The fitting is protection class I, so the installation needs a protective earth conductor. Light source and light output The fitting has an E27 socket and takes an LED bulb of up to 9 W in an A55–A60 shape — a wider globe or a long candle will not fit. No bulb is included, and the user changes it. Norlys designed the light around an 806 lm, 8.5 W, 2700 K LED bulb; around 800 lm matches an old 60 W bulb, and 2700 K is warm, slightly yellow light. Whether it can be dimmed depends on the bulb and dimmer chosen. The manufacturer gives a ULOR of 50%, meaning half the light goes upwards. It therefore brings out the texture of a facade well, but above a bedroom window it will also light the sill and the wall above it. Where it fits IP65 means a dust-tight housing protected against water jets and IK08 rates its impact resistance, so it can hang on an exposed wall. Norlys intends it for lighting walls, facades and architectural details. It suits the garden side of a house, a balcony, a fence, and hotel and restaurant grounds. The smooth form without decoration suits plain Scandinavian and modern architecture.Pokaż więcej
