NORLYS Moss 6161BC Copper LED Outdoor Floodlight

Name: NORLYS Moss 6161BC Copper LED Outdoor Floodlight
Brand: NORLYS

Moss 6161 is a small Norlys outdoor luminaire: a powder-coated cast aluminium head in a copper finish, closed with a flat pane of clear safety glass and held in a yoke bolted to the base. The yoke tilts the head vertically, so the direction of the beam is set once the fitting is on the wall. Light comes from a built-in LED module running straight off mains voltage. Size and how it mounts The fitting measures 7.5 cm long, 8 cm wide and 13 cm high, and weighs 0.4 kg. The base is fixed through two oval holes 5 × 10 mm set 40 mm apart — a spacing worth comparing with the holes already in the wall or ceiling if Moss is replacing another fitting. Norlys rates this model protection class I: an earth conductor has to reach the luminaire, because the housing insulation alone does not protect. The terminals take conductors of 0.5 to 1.5 mm². How much light it gives, and what kind Drawing 4.2 W, the luminaire puts out 382 lm at 3000 K — warm white with a faintly yellow cast. That is enough light to lift a stretch of wall, a tree trunk or an architectural detail out of the dark; it will not light a whole driveway or terrace. The beam is symmetrical and 36° wide, so it draws a clearly bounded circle on the surface. Colour rendering is Ra 80. The LED module is fixed in place and only the manufacturer's service can replace it; rated life is stated at over 50 000 hours. The fitting dims on a phase dimmer, which is not supplied. Working outdoors IP65 means fully dust-tight and protected against water jets, so the fitting can stay on an unsheltered facade all year. IK06 describes resistance to an accidental knock, not to deliberate damage. The manufacturer gives an operating range of -20 to +45 °C. The body is powder-coated cast aluminium and the pane is safety glass. Norlys intends the fitting for facades and gardens, for picking out architectural details and planting.Pokaż więcej
