22257 is a 90° corner for the Zambelis Mini 24 V magnetic track system. It is a flat L with 25 × 25 mm arms, made of aluminium with plastic parts, in the same matt black finish as the track it joins.It turns the track, but carries no powerThe manufacturer describes this corner as a part with no electrical feed: it takes the line of the track around a right angle, while current does not pass through it. Every track run joined by such a corner therefore needs its own supply from a separate 22260 feeder with a 2500 mm cable. The version fitted in the vertical plane, with a rotatable arm, is a different code, 22258.Which track it fitsThe corner belongs to the Mini Surface 11 mm system and fits the surface-mounted tracks 22261, 1.1 m long, and 22262, 2.2 m long, whose profile measures 12.5 × 10.5 mm. The 25 mm arms mark the stretch where no luminaire can be seated yet after the turn, so allow for them when setting the track out on the ceiling. The whole system runs on 24 V and the driver sits outside the track.What is in the box and what to buy separatelyThe 10 × 10 × 10 cm carton, 0.3 kg gross, holds the corner alone. The driver is a separate purchase: for this system the manufacturer offers the Xi24-60D, Xi24-100D and Xi24-200D, with a 220–240 V input and a 24 V output, dimmed by push button or over DALI2 and installed away from the track.
