The Lumines 12-1935-01 end cap closes a cut end of the RAI aluminium LED profile. It is moulded in ABS with a silver lacquer and pushes into the extrusion on lugs, with no screws in the cap itself. This is the 2-in-1 version: the face stays solid until you break out the scored island for a supply cable. RAI system fit It belongs only to the Lumines RAI system. The manufacturer’s card gives a profile section of about 21.8 × 23.8 mm with a 21.6 mm wall height; the cap follows that outline. It does not replace the extrusion, the polycarbonate cover or the LED tapes. RAI is a surface or suspended profile meant for two parallel strips as general lighting — this part only finishes that section at the cut. 2-in-1 cable opening A rectangular scored patch is visible on the face. Leave it in place when the feed enters elsewhere and the end stays closed. Break it out and you have a cable passage without a separate factory-drilled cap. Push the lugs into the profile chamber until the face meets the cut. The cap is not a luminaire, has no lamp holder and no IP rating of its own; any sealing comes from the assembled RAI run.
