Lucide SIEMON Floor Lamp 160 cm E27, Ochre Yellow 45796/01/44

Name: Lucide SIEMON Floor Lamp 160 cm E27, Ochre Yellow 45796/01/44
Brand: Lucide

Lucide SIEMON 45796/01/44 is a steel floor lamp with a half-round shade, a slender upright stem and a circular base. This version has a matt powder-coated finish in ochre yellow, RAL 060 50 50: it is not the black version or an amber finish.Allow for the shade as well as the baseThe lamp stands at a fixed height of 160 cm. Its shade is 35 cm across and 17.5 cm high, while the base measures 30 cm in diameter. When placing it beside a sofa, armchair or shelving unit, check the wider outline of the shade rather than measuring the floor footprint alone. Neither the height nor the direction of the lamp head is adjustable. The steel shade is open underneath and directs light downwards. SIEMON can supplement lighting in a living room, bedroom or the seating area of a study or office. It does not have an articulated arm for aiming at a particular spot on a desk. For that use, compare the shade position with the surface you need to illuminate.Choose an E27 bulb separatelyThere is one E27 socket, rated for a bulb of up to 40 W. No bulb is supplied. A compatible E27 LED bulb can be fitted, but the lamp itself has no integrated LED module. Brightness and colour temperature depend on the bulb you buy, rather than the yellow finish of the housing. The manufacturer lists the fixture as non-dimmable. Its control provides on and off switching only; choosing a dimmable bulb does not add a brightness control to SIEMON.Cord operation and a consistent finishA plug-in cord connects the lamp to the 230 V mains supply. The cord is 200 cm long, has a fabric covering and includes the switch. Check the socket location and cable route before positioning the base away from walking routes. This is an indoor lamp, not a garden fixture. The ochre finish extends to the inside of the shade and the steel base. A rounded dome above a thin stem creates a mushroom-shaped outline with both contemporary simplicity and a retro character. Those proportions and the uniform matt surface matter when matching the lamp to furniture, not just its yellow colour.Pokaż więcej
