Lucide PHILON Black LED Desk Lamp 79581/05/30

Name: Lucide PHILON Black LED Desk Lamp 79581/05/30
Brand: Lucide

Lucide PHILON 79581/05/30 is a black desk lamp with a narrow cylindrical head and a round base. Its aluminium body has a matt painted finish, with an LED light source integrated into the head. At 42 cm high, this is the table version rather than a floor lamp from the same collection.A directed beam for books and papersThe head rotates horizontally, letting you align the light with the position of your reading material. Light is directed downwards, and Lucide specifies a 60° beam angle. This makes PHILON a source of local illumination on a tabletop rather than a replacement for general room lighting. When choosing its position, compare the head's location with the area where you normally place a book or documents. The 4.5 W LED produces warm white light at 3000 K. Its colour temperature is fixed, so dimming changes brightness rather than offering a choice of white tones. The current manual lists a light-source output range of 70–700 lm. Brightness can therefore be adjusted for the particular reading setting without changing the stated light colour.Touch control on the lampAn on-lamp touch control switches the light on and off and adjusts its brightness. There is no need to reach for a separate wall dimmer. The integrated LED and driver are included; this is not a fitting that requires you to choose an additional E27 bulb. It runs from mains power and has a 158 cm cable with a plug. Check the route to your socket before deciding where it will stand.Space for a fixed-height designThe circular base is 13 cm in diameter. Compare that footprint with the available space on your desk or a side table beside a reading chair. Height is fixed: rotating the head does not extend the upright. The slim stem, small cylindrical head and continuous black finish suit restrained modern offices, studies and reading corners. This PHILON variant is intended for indoor use, not terrace lighting.Pokaż więcej
