The LCTech Elufix Indicator PCB column was specifically developed for the rapid and reliable analysis of non-dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (ndl-PCBs, also known as indicator PCBs). It meets the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/644 regarding the determination of ndl-PCBs and offers a high-performance solution for laboratories demanding the utmost accuracy and efficiency. The column is designed for sample quantities containing up to 0.2 g of pure fat. When used in conjunction with the method described in our application note, a limit of detection of 1.2 ng/g fat can be achieved for the sum of ndl-PCBs—a level well below regulatory requirements that simultaneously ensures a high degree of analytical reliability. Another advantage: The Elufix column does not require a complex column setup.
