GES915 Rust-Colored Gea Luce Outdoor Wall Sconce, IP44

Name: GES915 Rust-Colored Gea Luce Outdoor Wall Sconce, IP44
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GES915 is an outdoor wall light with a rust-coloured finish, a rectangular die-cast aluminium body and glass covers over its light openings. Two GU10 holders sit at opposite ends, giving the fitting an up-and-down arrangement. Flat sides and an uncluttered outline make it a modern, minimalist alternative to an exterior lantern with decorative arms or a large shade.Choose the lamps for the effect you wantThe fitting accepts two GU10 lamps, each rated at no more than 35 W. When selecting light sources, check their colour temperature and beam angle as well as their base and wattage. Those lamp specifications affect the appearance of the light on the wall. The housing itself does not prescribe a single colour temperature or a fixed lumen output. The upper and lower openings allow a lighting accent in both directions along the facade. This is not automatically the broadly diffused illumination of a large shade: the distribution depends on the lamps used. The rust colour refers to the finish of the body, not the colour of the emitted light.Planning an exterior wall installationThe manufacturer specifies outdoor wall mounting for GES915. It can be considered for a facade, terrace wall or balcony wall when installed according to its instructions. Its IP44 rating provides protection against splashing water, not permission to immerse the fitting or wash it with a pressure jet. It operates on 220–240 V AC and is a Class I fitting.Installation and careA qualified installer should carry out assembly and installation. Disconnect the mains supply before working on the light. The manufacturer recommends cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then gently drying with a soft cloth. Do not expose cables or electrical components to water or detergent. Keep the instructions for future maintenance.Pokaż więcej
