GES860N White Gea Luce Outdoor Wall Sconce, IP54

Name: GES860N White Gea Luce Outdoor Wall Sconce, IP54
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GES860N is a white outdoor wall light with upward and downward illumination and adjustable internal shutters. Its cube-shaped body is made from die-cast aluminium with a matt finish, while a clear glass diffuser covers the LED module. This exact version produces neutral-white light at 4000 K. Shape the light on the wall Rather than sending one broad beam out into the garden, the fitting directs light above and below its body. Internal shutters let you alter the resulting pattern, with a manufacturer-stated beam-angle range of 0–115°. You can therefore change the effect on the wall without repositioning the entire fitting. This is the useful distinction from a wall light with a fixed distribution. The two modules are rated at 5 W each, and the stated luminous flux is 640 lm. Its 4000 K colour temperature is not warm white, so consider that difference when combining it with existing exterior lighting. The GES860N uses on/off operation and is not dimmable. A 10 cm cube for exterior walls Height, width and depth are each 10 cm. Compare these measurements with the available wall space, including the surfaces above and below the fitting where its beams will appear. Plain faces and the absence of decorative arms give it a modern, minimalist form rather than the appearance of a traditional lantern. The manufacturer specifies outdoor wall installation and an IP54 rating. Facades and terrace or balcony walls are appropriate uses when the aim is to light the vertical mounting surface. Up-and-down wall lighting should not be mistaken for uniform coverage of an entire garden. Included components and installation The LED module and transformer are included, so there is no separate bulb to choose. The fitting requires a 220–240 V AC supply and is protection class I. Its instructions require qualified installation and disconnection of the mains supply before work. For cleaning, they specify a damp cloth with mild detergent followed by gentle drying with a soft cloth. Electrical components must not be exposed to water or detergent.Pokaż więcej
