TUULA M is a chandelier shaped as an open 100 × 30 cm rectangle, hung on four thin cables under a rectangular gold canopy. The profile is aluminium finished in gold, and a continuous band of light runs along its lower edge. The supply cable is transparent.Size and suspensionThe frame is 100 cm long and 30 cm wide, and the manufacturer gives 150 cm of overall height — that is the fitting with its suspension fully extended. The suspension is adjustable, so the drop is shortened on site; over a table it is usually set so the lower edge of the frame sits 70–80 cm above the top.The fitting weighs 2.8 kg, or 3.8 kg boxed. The four cables run to the corners of the canopy, so on a plasterboard ceiling the fixing has to reach the supporting structure.
