The LED PANEL 1200x300 is a flat surface-mounted ceiling panel with a silver-grey aluminium frame and a white opal diffuser across the whole face. The body measures 119.5 × 29.5 cm and is only 5 cm deep; light leaves the entire underside rather than a single point. How much room it takes and how it mounts The panel fixes onto the ceiling surface — the surface-mounted version needs no cut-out and no space above the ceiling, so it also works on a bare concrete slab. It covers a rectangle of 119.5 × 29.5 cm; compare that figure with the free space above the workstation, because a panel this long lights a strip rather than a spot. The fitting weighs 4.523 kg and connects directly to a 220–240 V ~50/60 Hz supply. It is protection class I, so the installation has to include an earth conductor. How much light it gives, and what kind The panel delivers 3400 lm from 45 W — a primary-lighting figure rather than a supplementary one; for comparison, the old 60 W incandescent bulb gave around 800 lm. 4000 K is neutral white, with neither a yellow nor a blue cast, and Ra 90 means colours under this light look close to the way they look in daylight. The beam spreads at 90°, and the glare index UGR stays at 19 or below — the limit at which the manufacturer intends the luminaire for screen workstations, because the monitor picks up no sharp reflection. Light source and dimming The LEDs are built in permanently: there is no socket and no replaceable bulb, so nothing has to be bought separately and nothing can be swapped either.
