Bergmen Neon Flex HXR One yellow power-connection cap with straight cable outlet

Name: Bergmen Neon Flex HXR One yellow power-connection cap with straight cable outlet
Brand: Bergmen

This yellow Bergmen cap fits the power-feed end of Neon Flex HXR One. Variant 01-011-020-133 has a straight cable outlet, rather than a side or bottom outlet. It also differs from the closed end cap used at an end without a power connection.Choosing the connection variantThe cap is a component of the power connection, not the illuminated neon itself. Its yellow finish allows the termination to match the corresponding colour version of the system. Cable routing matters as well as colour, so a colour match alone does not identify the correct connection cap.Its designated system is Neon Flex HXR One. The neon's wattage and light colour are not specifications of this cap.Sealing is part of installationThe manufacturer makes retention of IP67 protection dependent on correctly sealing the connection with silicone adhesive. The HXR One manual calls for sealing the inside of the feed cap and the gaps where it meets the neon casing, removing excess silicone and allowing it to dry. Simply sliding the cap into place does not replace this sealing step.A suitably qualified person should assemble the connection with the power disconnected and follow the HXR One instructions. For outdoor use, the whole termination, including the cable entry, must be sealed to maintain the stated protection level.Pokaż więcej
