500 ml filter top and 1,000 ml filtrate bottle. These filters have the NALGENE screw cap. Pore size and membrane material are printed on the GREEN connector. Each box contains 12 glass fibre pre-filters. NNI recommends the 1,000 ml size for the filtration of aqueous solutions and buffers. Depending on the particle load, the filtrate volume can also be less than 1,000 ml.
