Lillehammer 2282AL is an outdoor wall light shaped as a rectangular box of cast aluminium, powder-coated in light grey RAL 9006. It shines only downwards, in a 60° beam, through clear safety glass seated on a silicone gasket. The LED module and driver are built in, so there are no bulbs to buy. Size and wall mounting The fitting is 18.5 cm tall and 8 cm wide, and it projects 11 cm from the wall. It is fixed through two ø5 mm holes spaced 45 × 130 mm — worth comparing with the point where the supply cable comes out of your wall. It runs on 220–240 V mains. The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 1.5 mm² and allow the supply to be looped on to the next fitting, so several lights on one facade share one run. The cable gland seals a round-sheathed cable of 7–10.5 mm diameter. The light is protection class I, which means it must be connected to the protective earth, and the manufacturer requires installation by a qualified person. How much light, and what kind The 4000 K LED module gives neutral white light without a yellow tint, with a colour rendering index of CRI 80. The module produces 504 lm, while 115 lm leaves the fitting at 4.5 W; the second figure is the one to compare with other wall lights. This is accent lighting: it draws a bright wedge on the wall below the fitting rather than lighting the surroundings. The manufacturer states a ULOR of 0%, meaning no part of the light goes upwards — it does not reach the windows above the fitting or the night sky. The light is controlled over DALI-2, so dimming requires a DALI installation with a controller. Build, sealing and servicing IP65 means the housing is dust-tight and protected against water jets, so the wall light can be mounted on a facade without any overhang. Impact resistance is IK08, equivalent to 5 J, and the manufacturer specifies operation between −20 and +45°C. The manufacturer rates the LED module at more than 52,600 h for L90 — after that time the fitting still gives at least 90% of its initial output — and the driver at 50,000 h.
