LED Labs PRO G 24-0000-72 is a double-ended connector for 10 mm wide COB LED strips. This 2PIN version joins two strip sections without a cable between them. It is not the cable-connection version or the connector for 8 mm strips. Its transparent housing is made from polycarbonate, with copper conducting parts.Check strip compatibility and currentMatch the strip width, COB construction and two-contact arrangement before choosing the connector. The G series designation alone does not identify the right variant: article 24-0000-72 specifically refers to the 10 mm COB version. The housing measures 22 × 14 × 7 mm. Compare those dimensions with the space available at the joint rather than assuming the housing is as narrow as the strip.The manufacturer specifies 5, 12 or 24 V DC operation and a maximum current of 2 A. The ampere figure is a current limit, not a power rating in watts. The strip sections and supply voltage must therefore be selected with the current passing through the connection in mind. This connector is not intended for direct connection to 230 V mains.Solder-free joining and sealingContact pins pierce the PCB, allowing the connection to be made by closing the connector without soldering. There is no cable on this version. The opener shown in the shared family datasheet has its own article number, 24-0000-73; it is not claimed here as an included accessory.The connector can be used with IP20 and IP65 strips. For an IP65 strip, the joint must be sealed to retain that protection rating. Compatibility with a protected strip does not make an unsealed connection IP65-rated.Meer tonen
