Name: Koster Double Head 1157AL twin post-top light LED 35 W 3000 K aluminium NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

Koster Double Head 1157AL is a twin post-top luminaire: two dome shades on horizontal arms, cast in aluminium and powder-coated in aluminium colour (RAL 9006). Each head is closed underneath by a clear, textured, UV-stabilised polycarbonate diffuser. No pole is included — this is the head only.Size and pole mountingAccording to the manufacturer's drawing, the luminaire spans 82.5 cm and is 22.5 cm tall, each head 24.5 cm in diameter; it weighs 6.38 kg. It slips onto a ø50 mm pole with an 80 mm insertion depth. Norlys lists telescopic poles 1270, 1273 and 3011 for it, sold separately. The luminaire's side area is 0.2 m² — the figure used for wind load when choosing the pole.It connects through a factory-fitted H05VV-F 3G1 cable, 3.7 m long, routed down inside the pole to a junction box. The luminaire is protection class I, so the earth conductor must be connected. How much light, and what kindTwo integrated Philips LED modules draw 35 W in total, and the luminaire delivers 3136 lm of 3000 K warm-white light at CRI 80. That is enough to light a driveway, a forecourt or a car park rather than merely mark a path. Distribution is symmetric and downward, with ULOR 0%, so no light goes into the sky. The manufacturer computed the photometry for a 4 m mounting height. The luminaire is not dimmable — it switches on and off at full output. The same family includes version 1159 at 4000 K and 1155 for two E27 lamps.Build and lifetimeThe housing is rated IP65 — dust-tight and protected against water jets — and IK10, the top of the impact-resistance scale, which matters in public spaces. The LED modules are replaced by a professional service, and the manufacturer states an LED life of over 50,000 h (L70). The dome shades with their simple Scandinavian line suit a park, a hotel or a restaurant.Meer tonen
