GFA1021C Recessed Light Fixture, White, Gea Luce

Name: GFA1021C Recessed Light Fixture, White, Gea Luce
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GFA1021C is a round recessed ceiling light with an aluminium body and satin-white finishes on both its outer and inner surfaces. A broad, inward-tapering surround frames the recessed light element. An opal diffuser covers the integrated LED module, while the visible trim measures 105 mm across.Check the ceiling space before orderingThe fitting requires a circular cut-out 95 mm in diameter. Its drawing gives a height of 112 mm, so the visible white ring is not the only measurement to consider. Compare the dimensions with the space available above the ceiling. The aluminium heat sink sits behind the decorative face; the installation guide also shows spring retainers and a separate power supply. These parts need to be allowed for when planning the recess. The LED module and transformer are included. The fitting uses a 220–240 V AC supply and must be installed by qualified personnel with the mains disconnected. It is not a surface-mounted light or a fitting that requires you to choose a conventional screw-base bulb.Warm, directional light with on/off controlThe 20 W module produces 3000 K warm-white light. The manufacturer specifies 1640 lm, a 38° beam and CRI >90. A directional beam lets you plan lighting around particular areas rather than assuming that one ceiling point will illuminate an entire room evenly. Ceiling height and the position of the surfaces to be lit matter when deciding how many fittings to use and where to place them. GFA1021C operates by switching on and off; it does not support dimming.Appearance, placement and careThe restrained circular shape suits modern and minimalist ceiling layouts. It can supplement lighting in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas and corridors. Its high colour-rendering index is also relevant when lighting clothes or displayed objects. Choose the position for the beam direction, not merely for the white finish. The manufacturer specifies indoor installation and a five-year warranty. During cleaning, keep water and detergents away from cables and electrical components. The guide calls for gentle wiping followed by drying with a soft cloth.Meer tonen
