The Cyclone is a classic desk lamp from Nordlux: a round base and a black lacquered, glossy bell shade on a chrome arm with a flexible section just under the shade. The inside of the shade is pale, so the light leaves in one direction — wherever the shade is turned. How much room it takes on a surface The lamp stands 33 cm high and measures 14 cm horizontally — a little more than a sheet of A4 stood on end, so it fits a bedside table and hides no monitor on a desk.
