Bazar Bizar Concrete coat stand – natural teak wood and concrete, 150 cm

Bazar Bizar Concrete is a freestanding coat stand with a teak wood stem set into a concrete base. Its pale natural finish and irregular side branches give it a tree-like outline. This is a floor-standing design, rather than a wall rack or a rail for a row of separate clothes hangers.Allow room beyond the baseThe stand measures 150 cm high, with both length and width listed by the manufacturer as 25 cm. Compare those dimensions with the space beside your entrance or inside a dressing area. Hanging clothing can extend beyond the footprint of the base, so allow for the garments as well as the stand itself. In a corridor, keep the route past it clear. The branches provide hanging points at different heights instead of forming a single horizontal row. Items can be separated along the stem. The manufacturer identifies the hallway as an intended setting; a bedroom or dressing room is another practical place to consider when clothing needs a place outside the wardrobe.Natural wood and concrete, made by handThis model is made in Indonesia, not in Belgium where the brand is based. Visible grain, an uneven stem and branches pointing in different directions suit rustic and boho interiors. The manufacturer notes that handmade construction and natural materials can produce slight differences in colour and detail. The photographs therefore show the character of the finish rather than an identical grain pattern for every supplied piece.Caring for the teak partsProtect the wood from dust, moisture and direct sunlight. When cleaning is needed, the manufacturer recommends a soft cloth and mild soap, followed by thorough drying. Occasional treatment with wood oil or a suitable sealant can help retain its natural colour. These instructions concern the teak; they do not mean the concrete base should receive the same treatment.Meer tonen
