Lillehammer DC1582BL Black Outdoor Wall Sconce by NORLYS

Name: Lillehammer DC1582BL Black Outdoor Wall Sconce by NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS Lillehammer DC1582BL is a black outdoor LED wall light designed for a 24 V DC supply. Its narrow, upright body combines powder-coated cast aluminium in RAL 9005 with clear safety glass. This is a directional wall-accent fitting, not a light for direct connection to a 230 V mains circuit.Plan the power supply firstOperation requires an external constant-voltage 24 V DC power supply. Allow space for that equipment and plan the cable route before finishing the façade. The fitting consumes 3.6 W and is a Class III luminaire. Its LED module supports dimming, but the external control arrangement must be specified for the installation. This does not establish compatibility with every standard wall dimmer. The light source is part of the fitting, so there is no separate screw-base bulb to choose. If the LED module eventually needs replacement, the manufacturer specifies professional servicing. This distinction matters when planning maintenance rather than treating the light like a conventional replaceable-bulb fixture.Warm light directed down the wallThe 3000 K warm-white output is directed downwards in a single 60° beam. The complete luminaire delivers 115 lm. A separate figure of 532 lm refers to the LED source itself, not the light leaving the assembled fitting. Its distribution is suited to a local accent on a wall surface. It can provide façade lighting beside a terrace or balcony, while the illumination required across the whole space should be assessed separately.Check the wall space and fixing pointsThe manufacturer's drawing shows a height of 18.5 cm, a width of 8 cm and a projection of 11 cm. Compare these proportions with the available wall area before positioning the wiring. Two fixing holes are 5 mm in diameter, with 45 × 130 mm spacing. IP65 protection and an IK08 impact rating support outdoor installation.Plain surfaces without decorative arms suit Scandinavian, modern and minimalist architecture. The black housing remains a distinct vertical detail on the façade when the light is switched off.Show more
