Aldex Melos Cobalt 808PL_G25 articulated wall and ceiling light, cobalt blue, E27

Name: Aldex Melos Cobalt 808PL_G25 articulated wall and ceiling light, cobalt blue, E27
Brand: Aldex

Aldex Melos Cobalt 808PL_G25 is a metal light with an articulated arm and a broad cobalt-blue shade. It can be mounted on either a wall or a ceiling, so the direction of the light depends on both the installation point and the position of its joints. A visible black cable loop beside the shade contrasts with the blue finish.Three joints to position the shadeThree movable connections let you alter the arrangement of the arms and the direction of the shade. The manufacturer's drawing shows two long arm sections, each measuring 46 cm. This layout allows lighting to be planned beside a seating area, above a desk surface or over a table, rather than only directly below the mounting point. The stated overall dimensions are 50 cm wide, 95 cm high and 37 cm deep. Compare these measurements with the available space and your intended arm position. This is a projecting articulated fitting, not a flat flush-mounted ceiling light. Above a circulation route, allow for the space occupied by both the shade and the arms. One replaceable E27 LED bulbThe socket accepts one E27 LED bulb rated at no more than 15 W. That figure is the limit for the selected bulb, not the fixed output of an integrated light module. Light colour and brightness depend on the bulb used. The 36.5 cm metal shade covers the source from above, while its open underside directs light towards the chosen surface.Cobalt colour with an industrial outlineExposed joints and straight arm sections give Melos a technical, industrial character; the single-colour finish also suits restrained modern interiors. Wall mounting allows it to accompany an armchair or bed, while ceiling mounting can serve a table area. Have the fitting secured and electrically connected by a qualified person following the manufacturer's instructions.Show more
