Jupiter MOKA 1973 gold and black chandelier, 4×G9 + 4×GU10

Name: Jupiter MOKA 1973 gold and black chandelier, 4×G9 + 4×GU10
Brand: JUPITER

The Jupiter MOKA 1973 chandelier pairs four clear glass globes with four black covers edged in gold. Slender arms spread out from a black central body, creating a broad arrangement that extends in several directions. Steel, glass and the contrast of gold with black define this modern eight-light fitting.Four G9 sockets and four GU10 socketsThis version uses two different lamp holders: four G9 and four GU10. The light sources are replaceable and are not supplied, so both types of bulb are needed before the chandelier can be used. Bulbs remain visible through the clear globes, making their appearance worth considering alongside their lighting specifications.Choose the light colour and brightness when selecting the bulbs. G9 and GU10 identify the base types; they do not specify a particular light output or colour temperature. The manufacturer's power notation is 4xG9/4xGU10/14W. Follow the fitting's ratings when choosing compatible light sources rather than treating that notation as a statement of delivered brightness.Allow room for its full footprintMOKA measures 100 cm wide and 95.5 cm deep, with a fitting height of 47–69 cm. Check both horizontal dimensions against the proposed position: its spreading arms make it a broad chandelier rather than a narrow linear pendant. Above a dining table, compare the outline with the tabletop and allow for chairs being pulled out and people moving around the furniture. The wide form can serve as a central pendant in a living room or dining area. Compare the fitting height with the ceiling height and the intended position of its lower edge, particularly where people will walk beneath it. This is an indoor model designed for a 230 V supply.A radial design in gold, black and glassThe radiating arms recall the sputnik silhouette, but alternate clear globes with opaque black covers instead of repeating a single shade type. Gold details elsewhere in the room can echo the arms, while black accessories can pick up the central body and covers. The manufacturer states a five-year warranty.Show more
