Rendl LUNA 25 R13746 pendant light – opal glass, chrome, Ø25 cm, E27

Name: Rendl LUNA 25 R13746 pendant light – opal glass, chrome, Ø25 cm, E27
Brand: Rendl light studio

Rendl LUNA 25 R13746 is a pendant light with a spherical opal-glass shade, chrome details and a transparent cable. The 25 cm glass globe is the principal visual element, with a slender suspension and a small ceiling canopy above it rather than a multi-arm frame.Allow for the globe and its suspensionThe shade diameter gives a useful reference when comparing the pendant with a dining table, kitchen island or a selected part of a living room. This is an individual pendant, not a multi-light chandelier. A grouped arrangement therefore requires individual fittings and a mounting position for each one.The manufacturer's drawing shows 120 cm of suspension above the shade and a shade height of 25 cm. The 120 cm measurement should not be read as the overall height including the globe. The ceiling canopy is 10 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm high. Compare these measurements with the ceiling height and the clearance needed above a surface or along a walking route.Choose the E27 bulb separatelyThe fitting takes a replaceable E27 LED light source rated at no more than 15 W. This is a bulb-power limit, not a fixed consumption figure or a statement of brightness. Light colour and output depend on the selected bulb; the opal glass conceals the source and diffuses its light across the globe. The manufacturer allows dimming with a suitable light source. The bulb and control equipment must be compatible for this use: an E27 base does not by itself make every bulb suitable for a dimmer.A geometric accent with ceiling mountingThe white globe and chrome details suit modern and modernist interiors. It can mark a position above a dining table or provide an individual lighting point in a living area. The number and spacing of pendants should be planned around the actual surface to be lit.The model operates at 230 V. Installation must be carried out by a qualified installer with the power disconnected. The manual warns that the shade is fragile, so the glass needs careful handling during assembly and bulb replacement.Show more
