Lucide MANUELA 78174/40/33 green metal ceiling light, Ø39.5 cm, 1×E27

Name: Lucide MANUELA 78174/40/33 green metal ceiling light, Ø39.5 cm, 1×E27
Brand: Lucide

Lucide MANUELA 78174/40/33 is a green ceiling light with an open metal shade. Curved, interwoven strips form a flattened round cage around one visible E27 bulb. The shade and ceiling plate have a matt green finish, with a gold-toned detail visible at the central socket. An open outline rather than a closed diffuserThe metal strips leave gaps through which the light passes. Lucide's photographs show the pattern reaching the ceiling when the fitting is switched on. Its appearance will also depend on the bulb selected and the surrounding surfaces. MANUELA is therefore not a uniformly glowing enclosed ceiling light or a spotlight with an aimable beam. The repeated curves and geometric construction support contemporary and modernist interiors. Against a pale ceiling, the green framework remains visible even with the light off. Because the bulb is exposed, its shape and surface finish contribute to the composition alongside the shade; consider its appearance as well as its light colour.Choose the single bulb separatelyNo bulb is included. The E27 socket accepts a light source rated at no more than 60 W, including a suitable LED bulb. That upper limit is not the actual energy consumption of every bulb you might fit, nor does it establish a fixed brightness for this ceiling light.Dimming requires a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer. Installing the fitting alone does not provide brightness control. Colour temperature and light output are determined by the chosen source, not by the green finish of the metalwork.Allow for the fixed heightThe fitting is 39.5 cm in diameter and 23 cm high, with a 15 cm diameter ceiling plate. Its height is fixed; there is no pendant cable to shorten. Compare these measurements with ceiling height and available clearance in a living room, bedroom, entrance hall, kitchen or dining room. The decorative open shade can also be considered for a corridor, with bulb brightness chosen for that space. MANUELA is an indoor ceiling-mounted fitting, and its electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.Show more
