The Trelleborg 2610GR is a pole-top luminaire: a plain, square-edged head with a horizontal arm, made of extruded aluminium profile powder-coated graphite (RAL 7016). It fits onto a pole with a 100 × 110 mm profile, and the LED module shines down through a sealed clear polycarbonate lens. The pole is not part of this item – this is the head alone. Dimensions, mounting and what to buy with it According to the manufacturer's drawing the head is 60.5 cm long, 49 cm high and 11 cm wide, and it weighs 7.5 kg. Norlys offers poles 2650–2658, 400 to 700 cm high, separately; other accessories are ordered separately too, and installation follows the manufacturer's instructions. The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 4 mm², and the supply can be looped on with up to 5 × 2.5 mm²; the round-sheathed cable may be ø4–8 mm, ø8–12 mm or ø10–13.6 mm. Five cores leave room to bring the DALI control line to the fitting alongside the supply. The fitting is protection class I, so it must be connected to protective earth. How much light, and what kind The Philips Fortimo FastFlex LED module produces 5660 lm, and 5537 lm leave the fitting at 40.4 W, which is 137.1 lm/W – little is lost in the optic. The Ledil SCL lens distributes the light as IESNA type II/III, an elongated pattern along the road or path the pole stands beside, and only 0.6% of the output goes upwards. The manufacturer publishes the illuminance pattern for mounting heights from 4 to 7 m. 3000 K is warm white; CRI 70 is enough for roads and paths but not for faithful colour rendering. The fitting runs on DALI2 with the NightDim function, so dimming needs a DALI controller – an ordinary phase dimmer will not drive it. The driver is built in and programmed to maximum current, and Norlys programs the other parameters on request. The LED module and driver are replaced by a professional service. The manufacturer rates the module at L90B10 above 100,000 h and the driver at 100,000 h. Build and intended use A silicone gasket seals the fitting to IP65 – dust-tight and protected against water jets – and IK10 is the highest impact rating on that scale.
