Rendl MAREA 60 LED Wall Light 18 W 1954 lm 3000 K IP44 White 60 cm

MAREA 60 is a linear LED wall light in white: a straight bar 60 cm long with an opal cover running its full length, carried on a single wall bracket 16 cm wide. The light leaves downwards, along the bar. Size and the place above a mirror The bar measures 60 cm, the fitting's outline on the wall reaches 11.3 cm in height, and it stands only 4 cm off the wall. A fitting that shallow does not get in the way of a cabinet door or of the space you stand in at the basin. The maker intends it above a mirror, with the light directed down. Over a mirror 60–80 cm wide the bar keeps its proportion, and mounted just above the top edge it lights the face from above without appearing in the glass. How much light it gives The fitting draws 18 W and delivers 1954 lm — roughly two and a half old 60 W bulbs. That is enough for a 60 cm bar to be the only light over a basin rather than an addition to a ceiling fitting. 3000 K is warm white, warmer than daylight and without the yellow of a filament lamp. Colour rendering of Ra 80 is the usual level for utility lighting — worth allowing for when applying make-up or matching a colour, because fidelity here is average. The maker quotes a service life of up to 25,000 hours. The LED module is built in for good — there is no socket and the source is not replaced. The driver is included and sits inside the housing, so the fitting connects straight to a 230 V supply. Damp rooms and mounting IP44 means protection against splashing water from any direction. The fitting may therefore hang in a bathroom above the basin — outside the zone of a direct shower jet, which calls for a higher IP rating. It weighs 1.12 kg and fixes on a single bracket screwed to the wall. The same shape is also made in black.Mostra di più
