Sol 4052WH White LED Outdoor Ceiling Light by NORLYS

Name: Sol 4052WH White LED Outdoor Ceiling Light by NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS Sol 4052WH is a white outdoor ceiling light with a cylindrical, powder-coated aluminium body. It measures 20 cm in diameter and projects 11 cm below the ceiling. The transparent cover is UV-stabilised polycarbonate. WH identifies the white RAL 9003 finish, while a dark ring around the lower cover provides a visible contrast with the body.Neutral-white light directed downwardsThe integrated LED module produces 4000 K light. Output from the complete luminaire is 2421 lm, with total power consumption of 19.1 W. When comparing brightness and consumption, use figures for complete fittings rather than confusing the luminaire output with that of an uncovered LED module. Its symmetrical downward distribution lights the space beneath the mounting point instead of directing light upwards.Sol supports both Trailing Edge and Leading Edge phase-cut dimming. Check the control method when selecting a dimmer: a device described simply as dimmable lighting control is not automatically compatible with this fitting.A ceiling fitting for covered outdoor spacesCeiling mounting makes this version a candidate for a covered terrace, a balcony with an overhead ceiling or a gazebo. Compare the body diameter and projection with the available space and the position of the electrical cable before choosing the location. The plain cylinder, without decorative arms, suits modern and minimalist layouts. The IP65 rating indicates dust-tight construction and protection against water jets. Correct installation is still required, particularly at the cable entry. The manufacturer's operating temperature range is -20 to +45°C, which should be checked against conditions at the proposed mounting point.Connection and future servicingThe light operates on 220–240 V and is a Class I fitting. Two mounting holes of 5 mm diameter are spaced 100 mm apart. The instructions specify a round installation cable with a diameter of 7–10.5 mm. Only the cable may pierce the gasket; using a tool can compromise the seal. Installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified person. Both the LED module and control gear are replaceable by professional service personnel, rather than through a routine household bulb change.Mostra di più
