Sol 4044AL Light Grey LED Outdoor Ceiling Light by NORLYS

Name: Sol 4044AL Light Grey LED Outdoor Ceiling Light by NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

Sol 4044AL is an outdoor ceiling light shaped as a low cylinder, 20 cm in diameter and 11 cm high. The body, made from an extruded aluminium profile, is powder-coated in the AL finish — RAL 9006 according to the manufacturer's colour table — and the light leaves through a clear safety-glass lens on the underside, framed by a dark ring. How much light, and what kind The integrated Philips Fortimo LED module draws 19.3 W, and the complete fitting delivers 2221 lm. That is main lighting rather than mood lighting — enough for one fitting to light an entrance, a covered terrace or a gazebo on its own. 4000 K is neutral white light, and CRI 80 gives correct everyday colour rendering. The light is symmetrical and directed downwards: only 0.3% of the output goes upwards, so the fitting lights the ground beneath it, not the wall or the sky. The manufacturer's photometric calculation assumes a mounting height of 2.5 m. The fitting dims on a phase dimmer of either type — trailing edge or leading edge. Installation and wiring IP65 means it is dust-tight and protected against water jets, and IK06 rates its impact resistance. It is a Class I fitting, so it must be connected to a protective earth. It fixes with two screws through ø5 mm holes 100 mm apart, following the installation guide supplied with it. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², or up to 1.5 mm² when several fittings are looped through. The cable gland seals round-sheathed cable 7–10.5 mm in diameter. It runs on 220–240 V mains, with the driver built in. Servicing and use An LED module and driver do not last for ever, but here a failure does not mean replacing the whole fitting: both parts are replaced by a professional service, and the manufacturer stocks service kits ZS4044ZX0009 (LED) and ZS4046ZX0009 (driver) for them. Norlys designs Sol for lighting gardens and private grounds. The plain, unornamented cylinder is a modern, minimalist design that suits a covered terrace, a gazebo or the space above an entrance.Mostra di più
