Trio TAURUS 652910332 LED ceiling light, matt black, 3 spotlights
Trio TAURUS 652910332 is a matt-black metal ceiling light with three adjustable cylindrical heads arranged in a row. Each head combines a central light with an outer illuminated ring, so its appearance changes according to the lighting mode selected.Choose the centre lights, the rings or both The LED light sources are integrated and included; this is not a fitting that requires separate bulbs. Trio specifies three modules rated at 5 W and 450 lm each, with a colour temperature of 3000 K. This is warm-white light rather than an adjustable colour temperature, an important distinction when matching it to other lighting in the room. The installation manual shows three settings selected by successive presses of the wall switch: the rings, the centre lights and both together. Switching between these settings is not dimming. The fitting is not dimmable and should not be chosen for use with a brightness-control dimmer. The heads can be tilted to change the direction of the light without relocating the ceiling mounting.Surface-mounted or recessed installation The same light can be fitted to the ceiling surface or recessed into a suitable ceiling construction, following the manufacturer's instructions. In the surface-mounted configuration it measures 27.3 cm wide, 8.7 cm deep and 10.6 cm high. There is no pendant drop or hanging cable length to adjust above furniture. Recessed installation needs a prepared opening and space above the ceiling. The technical drawing shows an elongated cut-out measuring 263 mm in length and a minimum clearance of 45 mm. Check the complete mounting diagram before preparing the ceiling rather than treating the surface-mounted dimensions as the requirements for recessed installation.A compact row of directional lights Trio identifies hallways, living rooms and bedrooms as applications. The three adjustable heads allow lighting accents to be directed within these spaces; the room's size and other lighting still need to be considered when planning coverage. Repeated cylinders, a narrow ceiling base and the absence of ornament suit modern, modernist and minimalist interiors. The matt-black finish outlines the fitting against a pale ceiling without introducing a polished-metal surface.Mostra di più
