Bazar Bizar Crochet Raffia Round Placemat Natural 45 cm

Name: Bazar Bizar Crochet Raffia Round Placemat Natural 45 cm
Brand: BAZAR BIZAR

The Bazar Bizar Crochet Raffia round placemat pairs a crocheted centre with a broad border of loose fringe. Handmade in Indonesia from raffia, sisal and palm fibres, it has a natural colour that leaves the circular stitch pattern and individual fibre ends visible.Allowing room for the fringeThe manufacturer gives dimensions of 45 × 45 cm and a height of 1 cm. Its round shape defines an individual place setting at a kitchen or dining table. Compare that measurement with your tabletop and the spacing between settings before choosing: the decorative fringe is a substantial part of the design, rather than a narrow edge around the denser centre. The manufacturer describes it as heat resistant but does not give a temperature limit. There is no non-slip backing. If that feature is important for your particular table, take its absence into account when selecting a placemat. The surface pattern comes from the construction itself rather than a print, with concentric rows, visible ties around the border and freely projecting fibres.Handmade texture and careThe fringed outline and exposed fibre structure suit boho and rustic table settings. The manufacturer notes that handwork brings slight differences in shade and weave between pieces. The photographs therefore show the character of the placemat, not an identical arrangement of every strand.Keep it in a dry indoor space and remove dust with a soft cloth or brush. When needed, wipe the surface lightly with a damp cloth, then allow it to dry completely before using it again. This placemat is not washable and should not be soaked. Avoid excess moisture as directed by the manufacturer to help preserve the fibres and their shape.Mostra di più
