Lumines TEKKNI+ ORRE+ 38-2410-20 is a surface aluminium LED profile in raw finish, supplied as a 2.02 m length. The section is 16 mm wide and 7.2 mm high, with a 14.2 mm inner channel for the strip. This index is the extrusion only: no cover, no end caps, no clips and no light source. Raw aluminium is not silver anodised 38-2414-20. The metal stays unanodised, so colour and fingerprinting differ from the painted and anodised siblings. With an S14+ cover fitted you mainly see a line of light; the metal remains at the edges and at the cut ends. Channel versus strip Compare strip width with the 14.2 mm channel, not with the 16 mm outer width. The producer does not state a maximum tape width. The 7.2 mm height is how far the bar stands off a shelf lip or cabinet underside; it takes little room on a furniture edge but needs a flat bearing for the full 2.02 m. The section is rectangular. Once the cover is on, light leaves perpendicular to the mounting face, not sideways. The driver stays outside the profile: 7.2 mm of channel depth cannot house it. Fixing Surface mounting uses the 18 mm wide, 8.7 mm high clip with a screw, or double-sided tape on a degreased, flat surface. The clip is wider than the profile, so on a thin panel check that 18 mm still sits within the board thickness. The TEKKNI sheet places it as decorative lighting in office and home. The shallow section suits shelf and furniture lines in a kitchen if you specify tape, cover and driver separately. There is no IP rating, so it is not a facade or bathroom profile.
